Return and Exchange
Step1: Keep the original package
If the received product is damaged, or is different from your order, please contact us for exchange;
If the product is defected or the quality is not satisfactory, please return us the product with a test printing for reference;
If you order a wrong product, please keep the original package without opening or damaging it, we will arrange free exchange for you, under normal situation.
Step2: Contact us
For O.E.M. cartridges and printers, please contact us within 7 days from the invoice date.
For Compatible cartridges or other products, please contact us within 30 days from the invoice date.
Step3: Exchange arrangement
Our customer service officer will arrange exchange for you immediately after confirmation.
*Remark: Our Return & Exchange Policy does not cover refilled, used, misused, damaged and changed package products.
If the exchange is a result of customer's wrong order or other personal reasons, the returning delivery charge will be bear by the customer.
