Cancel Order
We normally dispatch the products ordered within 24 hours upon a successful order confirmation, if you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Status is 'Waiting'
Inside 'My Account' → 'Order Status', if your order status is 'Waiting' or 'Processing', it means the delivery is not yet arranged. Please contact us for cancellation.

Order Status is 'Finished'
Inside 'My Account' → 'Order Status', if your order status is 'Finished', it means the delivery has been made and the order cannot be cancelled instantly. If you decided to cancel the order, please contact us upon receipt of goods.

Remark: All returning products should be kept with full package. Our return policy does not apply to O.E.M. products with package opened or damaged.
